This is a native flute sound meditation was recorded live at the Quantum Health and Wellness Center. The native flute stylings of Greg Carpenter come together with crystal singing bowls to take you on a sonic journey.

This album is intended for healing settings such as yoga, reiki, massage, personal meditation and relaxation. "Silhouette" is an invitation to let your stress melt away as you flow deeper into the mystery of you.

My love for World Music and ambient soundscapes arrived later in life. Immersing myself in mindfulness, spirituality, sound therapy and drum circles
led to a sound workers playground. Singing bowls, gongs, hand drumming, chanting, didgeridoos and native american flutes have provided a new voice for my heart and soul.
